Shingle Roofing

Shingle roofing is a roof covered with shingles. Shingles are flat, rectangular pieces of asphalt, composite, or other roofing material; they’re applied from the base of the roof upwards and often overlap to provide full coverage.

Metal Roofing

A metal roof is a roofing system made from metal pieces or tiles characterized by its high resistance, impermeability and longevity. It is a component of the building envelope. Zinc, copper and steel alloys are commonly used.

Rubber roofing

A rubber roof is made of rubber or plastic polymers or a combination of both. Materials are eco-friendly, made from recycled tires, sawdust, and slate dust. Rubber roofing is used to reduce leaking and to produce more impenetrable sealing.

Modified Roofing

Modified roofing is an asphalt-based, close cousin of the Built-up-Roof (BUR) designed for buildings with low-slope or “flat” roof structures. Engineered modified bitumen roofing membranes originated in Europe in the mid 1960’s and have been used successfully in the United States and Canada since approximately 1975.

Silicone Roof Coatings

silicone roof coating system is a single layer of silicone that’s rolled or sprayed on as a liquid to fill in cracks, blisters, and seams. The process does not improve the insulation or underlying system, but it does add an extra layer of protection from the elements.

Acrylic Roof Coatings

Often referred to as the “original” elastomeric coatings, acrylic roof coatings are generally a popular choice for sloped metal roofs. They are also a serviceable solution for a variety of conventional flat roof substrates.

Gutters & Gutter Guards

Gutters prevent water ingress into the fabric of the building by channelling the rainwater away from the exterior of the walls and their foundations
